customer service -- scammy way of getting cellular service / social security

Support told me i was getting a free ipad because of my 'platinum' role, but ended up scamming me into signing up to a cellular service without telling me about it. Told me i was getting a free ipad, then asked for my full ss. where can i send the full transcript of this so this.

this is a scammy way of getting cellular service from people without telling them. 

I would like to complain to upper management. where is an email where i can send the transcript to

they want a time sensitive 6 digit code, but isn't instant, by the time he gives me the code it'll be over 15 mins.

over 20 mins,  i understand it's not instantaneous but 20 mins per reply is kinda redic ;(
