Customer service, roaches, and thieves

Hey Xfinity, I know you can’t wait for AI to deploy so you don’t have to have a single person working customer service, but guess what? AI isn’t there yet! You guys are awful at customer service. I’ve been billed separately now for two accounts for the last 5 months that I don’t even reside or live at. 
I’ve been trying to get the issue resolved, but your chat bots, and voice bots can’t fix anything. Welcome to 2025 where the customer does your job for you.

Your website and portal logins are garbage and this company, CEO’s and board are just a bunch of little roaches.

I will be going to a different ISP. Thanks
