I’d like to interact with a human regarding the 36 hour outage we are in, the lack of communication, and how we will be reimbursed for this time without WiFi or TV.

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
