Customer service rep
I am trying to find a customer service email address that I can send my concerns/issues too. I moved out in January and it is currently end of October and I am having issue after issue canceling my account & reoccurring bills when I haven't used the services all year. I have talked to countless agents on the phone who do nothing but make matters worse. I have eaten over 1000$ in bills just to be finished with the nightmare when I am not even utilizing the services. But it is impossible to find a customer service outlet that can actually help or at least address my concerns.

@user_87lls2 Thanks for adding a post. We can help stop the account and ensure an adjustment is made. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
