I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that our team is available for assistance, and would be happy to see if I could with any questions or concerns you may have. If you don't mind me asking, what assistance are you needing?

I need help.  I signed up for internet and was given a free phone line. I didn't want it, but was told that was the only option available.  I have never used the number and it is causing roaming/travel issues.  I want the line removed from my account today.  I only want internet service ONLY.

@user_2xombf To send a direct message you may need to: 
 Click "Sign In"
 Click the "direct message" icon
 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it
