CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER

Just a suggestion… it shouldn’t take me 6 calls and pretending to be a new customer to speak to a live person. No, I don’t want to speak to the useless AI assistant that provides no real answer to my problem. I also do not want to chat with an agent who has to spend most of his time trying to sell me other products (literally over an hour of me saying “noooo I don’t want this, just help me with this other thing”). My issue was handled in under 5 minutes when I finally got to speak to someone. It is extremely inconvenient and makes me want to cancel my account just for the horrible customer service.

No Angie, I needed to provide personal information such as credit card number for my issue. I was not going to do that through a forum. Having the option for existing customers to speak to a live person would be great tho…

user_38glqv, I see what you mean. What we do here when dealing with personal account information, we ask that you send a Direct Message. Then we can verify your account and can handle most everything that way. Let me know if you have any other questions.

just talked to a customer service agent. if you want a real live person, as soon as you get connected into the automated service, press 12.  according to the agent I talked to that should get you to a live agent immediately

also when asked for my last four digits of stored account info, i just said four zeros.  I don't have autopay and they should not be asking for any kind of personal information numbers for "verification" like that.  if anything, sending a sms confirmation code to the phone number on record should be good enough.  it's good enough to log into their web site.
