Customer service people are liars!

Last night I realized my internet was down. So I called to troubleshoot. Lady was helpful. Told me a technician is going to have to come out. I was told my windows was today between 9 and 11am. When 11 am came and went I made another phone call, this time the lady said they were coming but they are behind so they would be to my house by 12:30 pm. So I mad sure I left work and was home by that time. Mind you I was a half an hour away. So when I got home and no one was there and I hadn't been contacted, I called again. This time I was told that no one was coming and she had no idea why someone would tell me 12:30. I do not appreciate being lied to and will now be disconnecting my service with xfinity and I have been a customer for YEARS at least 10 years. I have made an appointment with metronet and I can't wait to give back this equipment and be done with your terrible customer service. Companies need to be held accountable for this type of stuff. Do I want to have to switch? No I don't, but you have given me no choice with your terrible business ethics.
