Customer service/ online account

Called customer service to notify them I can’t access my account. That it takes me to my old account with my old address. Never happened before. Instead of looking into the problem. I was told I can always call to check my account( no thank some agents are useless. Told them I need access to my online account was put on hold and been on hold for 35 minutes. Worst company ever. Will be switching . Had to call back because after being transferred I had to be transferred again and got hung up on. Called backed to have to wait more than 10 minutes. Will be leaving Xfinity. Hate the company
