Customer service of delivered package
Items delivered when move in isnt u til the 17th. Called today and verified order for the 17th. Modom is going to get stolen as it sits outside a house for a week or delivered to someone that still lives in apartment

Hello user_sps0ux, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Is it possible for you or someone you know to pick up the modem? It is understandable if not; but that would be the first and easiest solution. If not, there are other options, of course.
