Customer Service Nightmare

First off, someone hacked my Xfinity and bought two phones. One went through the other did not. It charged my card and shipped but never made it to my house and was turned around and returned to sender. They were going to charge me for the phone but after days of calling, hours of talking and being transferred from agent to agent, they finally refunded my money. There was also a long argument about a restocking fee for the phone that was never delivered to my home and fraudulently purchased on my account. After this I have gone through several hours of calls regarding the unauthorized access of my account. They closed out multiple fraud tickets without even telling me. Then there was an owed balance on my account for the phone. Had to do some more of the calling to get that clears up. Due to all of this hassle, an associate offered me an Apple Watch at no cost. I explained 3-4 times that I did not need/want the watch unless it was completely free to me. He assured me that it would be and that even the line fee of $10 a month would be covered. After the conversation ended, I knew what was going to happen, so I downloaded the transcripts. Called today and they told me the only option is to return the watch or I’ll get charged the monthly fee. BUT that it has to be returned before a certain date and GRADED before I can see the charges drop off my bill. So, the watch I’ve had for a couple weeks now, has to be perfect, even though I thought it was mine to own, or I won’t get my money back. Remind you this is a watch I never requested or wanted initially. The lady on the phone today told me she would be kind enough to “not charge me a re-stocking fee”. Honestly I’m missing a lot of content and this is just the main points. I honestly need to be convinced why I should even stick with Xfinity at this point.
