Customer service nightmare
Worst customer service and internet service provider ive ever delt with. Does not fallow what they say they will do. Expect to be jumping through hoops to get help. Service is unstable and when you call in they say it looks like your service is fine. Well it wasn't fine when I decided to call but now its been 30 min its restabalized. Have an issue expect to spend hours on the phone being passed around with no resolution by the end of it. One supervisor will tell you one thing pass you to a different department and then they will tell you something different.
