Customer service needs attention

Xfinity customer service is the absolute worst in the business. They will lie to you and transfer you to other agents after a certain promises are made just to have the next agent not know anything about what is going on. This started happening the first time about 2 years ago. Now every time I talk to them or they give me some kind of (deal) it’s broke up and is NEVER what the the first agent promise. I’ve had it with xfinity and as soon as Frontier Fiber is available my 20 years with Comcast/Xfinity is done for good. I would like to know why they train their people to lie. I’ve witnessed this over and over again the past couple years. I’m also a Xfinity mobile customer. I bought a new iPhone for me and my daughter and I’m pretty happy with it but my last infusion of lies was the first of the year I actually looked at my bill and I had been getting charged for Hulu and Cinemax for at least Jan. Thru Dec. but just one thing I have a Flex box but was never able to get it hooked up and gods honest truth I never logged in either one. They know this and can see where I did not EVER have it hooked up. They owe me for 2 services I never have used but been paying for for a couple of years. I only asked them to be fair and to pay me back for Jan. Thru December. Anyway one agent took off 25 dollars for Hulu (not $170) and said the next agent would take care of the rest. I knew he was lying because why can’t he just pay me for their mistake I asked. So yeah I was transferred 2 more times and only got 25 dollars and either new agents didn’t know anything but my name. Comcast,a company worth 171 Billion dollars and brought home 83 billion just last year, a company that I have been with for close to 20 years would not pay me back for something that was clearly a mistake on their end but I never even got the 25 dollars either! Haha, yeah that’s what we are working with. Lies and more lies. Wonder why they are loosing a half million customers the last couple quarters? Good luck with these trained used car salesmen/Customer Support and although the girls are really sweet they will defiantley tell you what you want to hear but in the end I do everything possible NOT to talk to Support and do everything myself now on the Mobile app. Ok I forgive Xfinity but seriously they should not be so grimy.
