Customer Service Manager contact

I need a direct number to a customer service manager. I have been on the phone for hours trying to fix a problem Xfinity created that has cost me over $400. I was told I would be refunded and that has not happened and I keep getting the run around.

Trying to contact comcast customer NO TV service to home JUST WENT OUT while watching. maybe outside issue coming in,

CAN'T EVER GET A HOLD OF A LIVE PERSON poor customer service. may have to switch carriers
