Customer service issues

Your customer service [Edited: "Language"]!! I have been stuck in a loop with your AI chat bot.  I am about ready to fire xfinity - ridiculous

Your repair person had an appt today from 1 to 3 PM.  I am sitting in my house the entire time and they sent me a text saying - Sorry you missed your appt.  The guy never showed up!!!!!! I am done.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
