Customer service issues

Is anyone aware that we are relying on AI to address issues? I have issues that do not involve power outages etc. There is absolutely nobody that you are able to contact.AT&T may be a better option for internet and phone service in time of need.

Once again, this is what I am speaking of. I do not feel Raúl is a real person because I clearly stated that I wasn't posting in reference to service interruptions.  The virtual ixfinity assistant is a fail and I will share this as long as it takes, so others do not have to spend hard earned dollars on something without a full customer service experience.

@XfinityRaul​ The advice given send you in frustrating circles with no end. I had issues that will never ne resolved due to lack of support.  You failed horribly
