Customer service issue at the bel air Md location

Me and husband came to this location at 7:40pm 20 mins before close and the bald employee refused to help due to the time while the African American guy is sat in the back corner giggling about our issue and all they had to do was a phone number swap. Unacceptable customer service

Good morning @user_oqn8ow I apologize for the negative experience while visiting one of our stores. Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. With that said, we will do whatever we can to assist. 

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
