Customer service is trash!!!
The customer service on both the phone and online is trash! My bill has been increased after I received an email saying I could upgrade my WiFi at no additional cost. The phone line hangs up on me or directs me to a [Edited: "Language"] Xfinity bot! Online complaint center crashes and won’t allow negative post. This is trash! I’m going to T-Mobile!
