Customer service is the worst

It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot speak to an American agent. These people in other counties have no idea what they are talking about and give conflicting information. They are just reading of scripts and hitting copy/paste in the online chat. Xfinity needs to do better. There HAS to be an option for people to speak to an American who speaks and understands English clearly.
