Customer service is terrible and so is the internet

My bill was paid because I have auto pay on so can’t miss it. There should be no reason when I do not have a lot of things connected to it besides a phone, PlayStation, and a tv for it to drop. It’s insane how many times a day my router just drops connection and I can’t get any type of help. Reading through the rest of these complaints yall just say the same thing over and over with no help what so ever. What’s the point of having a service if it doesn’t work at all. Pretty lame and sad of a service where you can’t even get in touch with a real person. I don’t wanna hear yalls lame excuses you give to everyone else. Just want decent internet so I can do my usual work.
