Customer service is sweeping issue under the rug

I posted earlier about how corporate customer service is trying to ignore my issue and sweep it under the run and guess what happened? They deleted my post ! 

I complained about this issue two months ago and the fact that they don’t even care to try and get it worked on is foul. I have to keep paying even though they won’t resolve any of my issues ISNT fair and it’s terrible pratice. I will reach out to someone whether it’s a lawyer or the bbb because this is messed up. I’ve been a loyal customer, on diamond status and they could care less about my problem. You offer rewards I should be able to use them and take advantage of it. Worst part is any time I call to complain they don’t help I just have people trying to upsell and have my buy more stuff without FIXING my problem.
