Customer service is horrible
I had a concern about my bill and there just so happened to be an outage in my area. Trying to call or use the online assistant is useless. They refuse to let you speak with an agent just assuming the concern you have is regarding that so they just say a live agent cant help with outages and just hang up. I tried using the assistant and it just says the same thing even when I didn’t mention needing a live agent. So o call again this time blocking my number so I can get redirected as a new customer and of course that way I got a hold of someone right away within seconds. I explain my problem and she redirected me to thier billing department…great finally after 1.5 hours I got a hold of someone only for them to hang up on me after asking my information. Not to mention they sold me on a half off I pad and discounted monthly rate for setting up autopay with bank I for me to see that my bill has increased. Absolute joke.
