Customer Service Is Garbage

it is the ultimate goal of your customer service line/automated robot service AI, to not allow anyone to talk to a person a human being.

that is a sign of uncaring customer service and horrible support. Everything that you have is basically a run around the links to cancel this or drop that it just it doesn’t work. Nor does it work over the phone. The only person that will understand a person is a human. Why is that so hard to understand are you a robot as well? I’d be surprised to get an actual response or a call or an email or something from a human being from Xfinity. This is crazy

Again another example of how the customer service here is garbage. Don't send unsolicited messages or you will be banned? Ridiculous!
