I was calling on behalf of my dad who had scheduled a technician to come out and assist him and after waiting 6 hours no one ever showed up. When I called they informed me his technician schedule had been canceled bc they didn’t detect any issues on their side. I got a little irritated bc he was not informed of the cancellation and my father is elderly. The lady spoke to me in a rude and condescending voice when I expressed my irritation. She said it wasn’t her job to inform him of the cancellation and proceeded to say “it is also not my job to teach anyone how to use the equipment or internet we provide.” She also hung up on me while I was trying to explain his situation!!!
