Customer service is awful
I paid my bill, then it said that I owe $0 and won’t turn on my service. I tried to go and talk to somebody but there is legit no human to talk to. What a joke - switching to another company ASAP.

We can definitely assist with this and assure that you've reached the right team to help. Have you confirmed that there are no service interruptions affecting your area that may be affecting your service? You can check for service interruptions using our XFINITY app or online status center here https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. May I also ask if this is a new account or was there previously a disconnect order on the account?
