Customer Service is absolutly aweful!

I have been a customer for 30 + years and last year i dropped my TV and just used the internet through Xfinity. Then in August, i added TV back and i was told if i upgrade my internet speed, i would receive Peacock Premium for free. So I upgraded to my current internet speed and now 6 months later and well over 10 hours of multiple tech support phone calls, I still don't have Peacock. Every time i call tech support they have me do the same things and it never works so i ask to speak to a supervisor and either the supervisor has me try the same things that we just did or after 20+minutes on hold, the phone goes dead before a supervisor picks up. They even sent a tech out to my house and the tech showed up and said there was nothing he can do about it. I am just astounded by how bad the overseas technical support is, they are very hard to understand and they have gotten nowhere with my problem. What good is it to elevate my service ticket to a higher level multiple times and they can't help me anymore than the first tech i talk to. Come on Xfinity, 6 months and still nothing!!! Seriously the worst customer service i have ever experience in my entire life......
