Customer service is a misnomer, you have no service for customers, just aggravation
without notice, you performed "routine" maintenance this evening (early 6/27) and service went out. calling the number got no where, answered prompts but ended up with a message saying service was out, they it hung up. Called back, said I was not calling about service outage, same message given to me, same hang-up. In the message is a sentence that says for better service, use the internet. How can I use the internet when the service is out? I pay 300 plus a month for this and I am done with you. But no where is there anyplace I can call or go online to modify my service. I have had comcast for nearly 30 years for TV, about 20 for internet. But you never provide good customer service.
The only time I ever got good help was when I happened to meet a comcast executive and call them who connected me to a problem solver, not a robot (whether human or machine).
