Customer service incompetence
Simply tried to get lower price for cable, landline and internet back in October instead the "customer service person" proceed to add a second land line without my approval. Called back in December once i found out about the 2nd phone number and that " customer service person" changed my services altogether and raised my bill even more....and after spending 2 hrs on the phone today after receiving my current bill...no resolution, over charged still and probably going to just cancel all the services
