Customer service horrible I need help!!
I am having a problem calling for help from any of your team members. I have other paperwork too. Please tell me why I was told that my problem was an Xfinity problem that I submitted all my paperwork for the ACP program yet again at the 310 address for the second time. And after disconnect after disconnect I talked to an Internet essentials agent that said that I submitted all my stuff. I even was part of the program where I started receiving the 29.99 package for free! That is the issue. Right now. So this ACP program ended June 2024 last half payment was given to customers of the ACP program. However, February of 2024 I started making payments on the account because I knew the program was ending soon and I did not want what happened today to happen. I figured the internet essentials ACP program wpuld pick up and pay because they always took a minute to pay when program was being renewed or something like that
Now here I sit being told this is an XFINITY problem they did not submit in that they were chosen yet again for another year as my provider. ACP connect back to Xfinity tells them they have to credit my account fix this and make it right because the program has ended. As of June 2024 amd was told they woukd of got the last of a payment for me a half payment but a payment. Someone please make this right???
I have a screen shot showing the confirmation Number that I had ACP SERVICE!!! Rest assured xifinty employee said you have ACP Internet essentials.
