Customer service hangs up on me when I call

I'm trying to cancel my Xfinity membership as I move and whenever I call customer service it plays music and then an automated voice says "good bye" and it hangs up on me. Why can't I get ahold of customer service or talk to a person? Why do they make it so hard to cancel membership or schedule a cal?

The same thing keeps happening to me.  I call the customer support number, go through the prompts, music starts playing and then the call disconnects.  Three times in a row.  I think it is because I ask to disconnect service.

Same issue here and when I go to the virtual assistant, this message shows up "

We're having some trouble scheduling your callback

Try again or visit our support site for more help.

When I went back to the virtual assistant and clicked "chat with an agent" , this shows up "I’m sorry, we’re experiencing longer than usual wait times. There aren’t any chat agents available right now, but you can call 1-800-XFINITY (1-888-936-4968 for Xfinity Mobile) or try chatting again later."

Here's some helpful info and common solutions for digital support:

I called the 1800Xfinity number several times and repeatedly got hung up on .   I will likely need to contact my credit card company to cancel all future charges since the company is impossible to get in touch with.
