Customer Service Gaslighting Customers

I scheduled tech visit for today at 2pm. I checked on the appointment at 230 as my wife said no one was there yet and was told it had been moved to 3 pm but the tech would be arriving within the hour. I had to leave work 3 hours early to be here for the appointment as my wife had to leave since the tech was arriving late( in and of itself no biggie) I checked twice more on the appointment and both times I was assured with in the hour. In the mean time my appointment was rescheduled for the next day with no notification. When I called in to find out what was going on I was told the appointment was always for tomorrow I never had an appointment for today. I have Screenshots proving otherwise. But the customer service agent was insistent that I must be mistaken.. so insistent that I just had to hang up because obviously I'm full of it the last time I had to have a tech out the appointment was flat out cancelled with no notification and it took me 3 more days to get some one out. And when I called in for that one of your representatives actually yelled at me because I wasn't moving fast enough for him.. tonight after getting off the phone I have received unsolicited directions to about 15 different service centers and links for the Comcast rewards sent randomly and sporadically to me. It seems an awful lot like harassment from one of your agents. These people need to be held accountable. It's not ok they treat customers like this
