Is there a customer email address? I wanted to make a complaint and I don’t see anything.

There is no pencil and paper icon here. Even after logging in. I tried sending email using Xfinity account but doesn't help. I am constantly being overcharged for last 3 months and nobody is resolving. Spent 100+ hours on call and 20+ hours on chat since last year!! Pathetic!! The only reason I am still with Xfinity is I do not have any other service provider in  my area!!!
