customer service email

Hello!
Is there an email address to reach someone from customer service with Comcast? Long story, but I've spent countless hours over the past month on the phone and in chats with agents trying to resolve the fact that my cable wasn't working. I have gone through 3 pieces of equipment and now it's finally resolved, but only because I pushed and pushed to get the new stuff. Anyway - to make up for my trouble, they have knocked $13 off my bill. $13. After not having cable for weeks and spending so much time trying to resolve the issues myself. I can't bring myself to call and talk to anyone else there, it's too frustrating to even get to a human - I was hoping to send an email but I cannot find an address anywhere to use.  Thanks!

After searching these forums, I see that there is not an actual email address to reach someone. Is it best if I detail my issues on this forum, will someone get back to me? I really, really do  not want to have to call the 1800 number again...
