Customer Service [Edited]
The customer service is trash from Xfinity. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will agree or who has had issues with it. For one, when there is issues they take forever to fix them, or don't solve them at all! They also are impossible to get ahold of a live agent and everything told to the "Xfinity assistant" is a waste of time! There's hardly ever any solutions to the issues and it's frustrating. I am sitting there for 30minutes chatting just for them to "transfer" the chat to a "different department" RANDOMLY they will sit there for 20+minutes [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and then it says it was closed out due to inactivity and you have responded last and waiting on them. I have screenshots id like to share somehow if I can get the info how to share that! Id greatly appreciate it! I stay with Xfinity because I quite literally have NO other servicers here in Albuquerque NM where they have Internet, cable and home security. So I stay here! It sucks though if I'm being honest! I would have left years ago! I am having issues right now in general life and it had caused me to miss my payment and now my service is suspended and I am just trying to get help to get my service restored and arrange to pay $304 (my bill) Saturday because I get paid Friday afternoon and if it auto drafts I cant set it until Saturday because it'll draft before 4PM MST .. so anyway, I'm just trying to set my Saturday arrangement up to restore my service and it's literally impossible. It isn't allowing me to on the self service option otherwise I would have done it that route it usually allows me to make payment arrangements but this time it's not and idk why!? Smh 😭😭
