Customer service [Edited]

Automated system is a complete failure, after several attempts and minutes finally get ahold of a live person only to not be able to understand their heavy Indian accent. On top of that, you think I'm going to give a third world country my credit card info, you might as well hire a bunch of hackers since you have customer service based from India. Prices should be lower since you don't employ enough people
