using the Public Wifi. Paid for it, actually. And not I can’t get in contact with a SINGLE PERSON now that I’m having issues. The agent chat doesn’t work. I’m talking in circles with it and the phone services don’t work either. I got to a person ONCE just for them to tell me the issue would be resolved in an hour and it’s been DAYS sense then. What are the issues you are having with the public Wi-Fi? Are you having issues at a specific connection point or with all connection points?

The service has expired since I last posted this complaint. I moved on to purchase Wi-Fi with AT&T. 

I will no longer use or need Xfinity for any of its services.
