using the Public Wifi. Paid for it, actually. And not I can’t get in contact with a SINGLE PERSON now that I’m having issues. The agent chat doesn’t work. I’m talking in circles with it and the phone services don’t work either. I got to a person ONCE just for them to tell me the issue would be resolved in an hour and it’s been DAYS sense then.
