Customer service contact me!!

I am beyond irritated at this point. Worst customer service ever. I have tried EVERYTHING to get in contact with a real human. Your chat is useless as it never gets me an agent though I have asked and tried everything. I have called and scoured the internet to try. I have tried the call back option and nothing. Get in contact with me now before I just cancel my service!

I am needing help accessing which connected device to my gateway is accessing the blocked keywords/sites in the parental controls settings. It shows the date and time and what site or keyword but now how to figure out which device it is.
