customer service contact info

I can’t seem to find a number, email, or chat option to connect to a person. The Xfinity assistant claims it will connect you to a live agent but I keep asking and typing in the same thing over and over and it does nothing but ask me the same question, again and again and again, and does not answer the actual question I need answered. This is super frustrating. How do I speak to a live person?
