Customer service complaints

To: whoever cares to keep my business,

Year after year since service started, customer service representative has been very unreliable, unaccountable, incompetent in all areas of services Xfinity offers. Not a time ever that a single service call resulted in a resolution; it usually requires multiple calls, unreliable (sometimes fake) transfers to another dept or inaccurate information, and then the most recent one was a flat out lie from two different CSR's about a technician already dispatched and on the way to property to check equipments. I never even got to choose the date but it didn't matter because NO ONE SHOWED UP anyway! 
So, Xfinity, why don't y'all tell me [Edited: "Language"] are these incompetent CSR's paid to do? Do they even know what company they're working for?
