Customer service bribing and spamming

I was called by customer service to get feedback on a representative. I said they got an eight out of 10 and they went on try to bribe me with extra money towards credit on my account to get that nine I said no then they said they could add 10 more dollars to make it $50. I declined and hung up then they spammed my text with 24 requests for feedback.

Thank you for reaching out here. That is definitely not the experience we would like you to have. You would need to report that contact to our customer security team at the https://spa.xfinity.com/help site, they would be able to investigate that further.
