Customer Service Assistance
Hello
I have been without wi-fi for 2 weeks due to miscommunication from multiple technicians. We have had 4 people come to our house last with no assistance. We were told we need a port to set up our new internet. Which I’m not sure has been completed due to lack of communication. A technician this week advised they were unable to complete the set up and would send people out in a few hours, which never arrived either. Now, I was supposed to have another technician today who never arrived. Could someone tell me who I can speak to for proper communication on what I need done? It has been extremely frustrating to deal with this especially with the lack of communication on what needs to be completed and all.
