Customer Service and Service Issues
Good Afternoon,
I’m am sending these complaints in because I have not even had your services a full 2 months yet. I have spent considerable amount of time trying to get you resolve the internet issues which are still not resolved. I have 2 techs come to my home and been online with you and called you as well. I have had credits added to my account. THE ISSUE THAT HAS PUSHED ME TO MY LIMIT IS TODAY I GO AND LOOK AT MY BILL AND IT IS $349 for basic cable and internet. I told the rep not only the credits you all applied which was added to my first month’s bill which made 0.00 and it is on auto pay. However, the very rude and argumentative rep and supervisor I spoke said that I was charged $144 plus $205 for the second month’s bill. When I told them that it is incorrect they proceeded to tell it’s not. Then told me there is nothing they could do and the representative stated the supervisor would back them up and they did. I asked them is this how you all treat customers that you want to keep. They did not care I really thinking about canceling my service that we only had for less than 2 months. You need to fix my bill.
