Customer service and billing complaints
Hello my name is Melanie [Edited: "Personal Information"] I am ready to file a complaint against your guys' company Xfinity services have been unstable since I've had the service for years they've told me that I've made payment arrangements and that I failed to pay they're saying that are broken that are set up by Comcast or Xfinity advisors not by myself I've been also told that I was eligible for a payment installment plan on my account but only this be told by customer service advisors over the phone that I was not but I was also sent emails on steps to how to set up the installment plan when I call for help they told me I wasn't eligible and now my services have been suspended on my Xfinity bill is $1,900 total I've also used Comcast to work from home or Xfinity sorry so I just wanted to let it be now that I'm very dissatisfied with the service and you guys this customer service I feel like no one has helped me resolve my issue I can be reached at [Edited: "Personal Information"] My email [Edited: "Personal Information"]
