Customer Service Agents are SCAMS
Xfinity continues to add upgraded charges to my account without my consent. I go chat with customer service about it and they say they can lower my bill and send me a link to resign a new contract, which I do, but then my billing account shoes I agreed to pay for over $30 more than I agreed to. I contact customer service again and they tell me "oh it shows on your account you agreed for such and such upgrades when I DID NOT. I go back to customer service and do this whole thing all over. I'm sick of this. Your customer service is a joke and your company practices are scamming your customer.

Hello @user_4esrv6. Thank you for reaching out on our Community forum. This is not the experience that we want you to have. I would love to review the account and ensure that we get everything corrected.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
