it seems impossible to talk to a real person thru your customer service contacts.  If I can't speak to anyone in the very near future (it is now 1/7/25 @ 6:15 pm  EST) I will find it necessary to cancel my subscription, which I don't want to do.  My account # is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  thank you.

Customer service of Xfinity is horrible . I do not recommend this service to no body. 
Even when I was in office at Dearborn Michigan 48127 . They did not know what a Loyalty department is . Why bother to be in business with Xfinity for 30 years???

Tired of communicating with a computer in line.

At the same time an old lady came out of office very sad for not getting help.
