Customer service agent was inappropriate

I called to cancel my service and the customer service agent was highly inappropriate. 

The representative I spoke with (he said his name is Mark in Alexandria, Egypt) made me very uncomfortable.
He repeatedly tried inviting me to his wedding and said he hoped to see me in his country. He said he would pay for my flight, hotel, and car. I called to cancel my service and he kept me on the phone for 20 minutes and kept inviting me to visit him in his country and attend his wedding.

I am uncomfortable with that man having my personal information

I had a very kind young man also from Egypt help me with my internet service.  He was the first Xfinity person I spoke with that actually worked hard to help me resolve my internet activation issues . Thank you Anas !!
