Customer service agent very rude
I called support and a gentleman I'm currently still on the phone with responds only after I waited about 10 mins for him. When I finally get his attention he says something illegible and puts me on hold again. For an insane amount of time. I finally got his attention after 15 more minutes of saying hello into the phone, he again says something illegible and goes away. Now I'm [Edited: Language] because it's now going on 39 minutes and he hasn't said anything I could understand. I didn't have a problem understanding him in the first 3 minutes. He still isn't back. Very disappointed in the way customer service is handled. I'm paying for service I'm not getting and ur reps are doing nothing. They should at least have to do their job. Being paid for nothing.

It happened to me as well tonight they hung up on me twice never gave me a supervisor when I requested 4 times this is what happens when call centers jobs go oversees bad language barrier, bad attitudes and training shame on comcast for enabling and outsourcing this jobs just reflects why they are absolutely horrible at everything
