@user_auccjj Thanks for adding a post. Retention agents are the only ones that have retention offers, and are only available by phone. Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) to reach one. The agents on the forum here have access to the offers available on the account. Customers can see the offers available by signing in using this link https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels.
