Customer Retention

Hello,

How do I get in contact with a real human from customer retention? I feel like I am paying too much for low speeds. Every time I call 1-800-XFINITY, the automated thing doesn’t get me where I need to be. I’m getting annoyed with it.

Our retention department can only be contacted by phone, but we are also live agents and are happy to assist.  Have you noticed a recent spike in your bill?  Or are you simply interested in exploring other options?
