customer retention

I need to speak to someone in customer retention.  I find it hard to believe as an Xfinity customer for my entire adult life (11 years), I must pay more for an internet plan than a new customer.  Why are the promotions being advertised over the radio for new customers only?  As an existing customer, would like to sign up for the plan being promoted.
