Customer Retention

Called XFINITY 3 times to tell them ATT offered me all the same channels and services as XFINITY for $48 LOWER! 

CUSTOMER RETENTION couldn't figure out how to lower my bill at all without my giving up services or channels!

We've used COMCAST/XFINITY for close to 30 YEARS. Their customer service has gone WAY DOWN HILL!!
